Landscape Group’s process, from initial site meeting through to sign off has been created to ensure a stress-free and satisfying experience for our customers.

• Each project begins with a thorough analysis of our clients’ objectives to determine the sensitive realities of a site and its context. This involves site visits to understand your requirements, determining budgets and timeframes, presenting cost estimates and providing advice.

Detailed Design: This stage involves obtaining firm quotes for materials, sourcing plants, confirming a detailed project timeline, scheduling subcontractors, finalising the detailed construction drawings and obtaining any consents that may be required.  

 

• All Landscape group projects are assigned a dedicated project manager whose job is to coordinate contractors and site deliveries, oversee construction works and planting, perform quality assurance checks and ensure the project is done on time and to budget.

 

• At this stage, final detailing is completed, tags addressed, consent sign offs are received and the project is handed over to the homeowner.  We typically follow up with bi-annual site visits to discuss what may need to be done to keep you plants healthy and at the desired shapes and sizes.
